The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in collaborating with esteemed institutions, including government agencies and public sector undertakings.

This role demands exceptional abilities to deliver impactful media solutions, effectively manage large-scale contracts, and build enduring partnerships across ministries, departments, and public enterprises.

  • Strategic Engagement: Leverage key relationships with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments. Develop forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives.
  • Media Solutions & Campaign Development: Design and present integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to meet government and PSU objectives.
  • Tender & Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of government and PSU tenders, RFPs, and contracts. Ensure strict compliance with procurement norms, documentation standards, and pricing protocols.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs, client satisfaction, and delivery metrics. Provide strategic insights and regular reports to internal leadership and government/PSU stakeholders.
