Identity Governance Specialist

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join an esteemed team as an Identity Governance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust identity governance solutions that secure digital identities within an organization.

The role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless and efficient identity and access management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive identity governance strategies, including Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access.
  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security and convenience.
  • Integrate identity services with other enterprise systems and third-party applications for automated provisioning and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and manage on-premises Active Directory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Automate user lifecycle processes for staff and contractors.
  • Deploy ENTRA agents on-premises to integrate with on-premises applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.
  • Experience with ENTRA provisioning processes.
  • Familiarity with protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
