Job Title: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive high-impact campaigns and lead growth initiatives for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to boost business growth.
  • Optimize performance continuously to enhance ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost through data-driven insights.
  • Lead A/B testing of creatives, including ad copy, visuals, and formats, to discover breakthrough campaigns.
  • Leverage data analysis to guide budget allocation and audience targeting for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3–4+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • Strong track record managing campaigns for international markets.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • A creative mind with solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Confident in taking ownership – from setting strategy to leading execution.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable influencing business and brand direction.
