Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer engagement.
  2. Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to identify new business opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
  4. Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales tactics, improve conversion rates, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.
  6. Conduct market research and provide actionable insights to inform business development decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the construction materials industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience working with CRM software and data analytics tools.
