Market Development Lead

  • To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of generating demand by expanding your network and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • You will be responsible for architecting and contractor engagement, conducting product demonstrations, and establishing strong connections with key stakeholders.
  • Site visits and funnel development are also key aspects of this position, where you will generate and track leads from site visits to optimize conversion rates.
  • In addition, you will monitor the pipeline to ensure alignment with business objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintaining relationships with influencers and ensuring their increased participation in key programs is another critical responsibility.
  • Providing structured updates to managers and stakeholders on a regular basis is essential for effective communication.
  • Gathering and sharing relevant market intelligence is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Finally, you will work closely with RSM/ASM to ensure the effective implementation of market activities and lead training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
