Key Leadership Role in HR

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Head of Human Resources. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with labor laws, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and driving harmonious employee relations.

About the Role

This key leadership position will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory labor laws and company policies.

  • Implement employee engagement strategies to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Address employee grievances through structured procedures.
  • Promote harmonious employee relationships.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs.
  • Drive performance management processes, including timely appraisals and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Oversee plant administration, including transport, travel, office management, and facility management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
  • 3–5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/plant HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance, contract workforce management, and leadership skills.
