About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, customer-centric HR Business Partner to support our Senior leaders, Managers/Team Leaders, and individual contributors from various teams across the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally with a focus in high tech.

  • Support client groups in a responsive, trustworthy, and customer-centric manner aligned to the goals of eSentire and the People organization.
  • Provide overall value and relationship management to a portfolio of customers.
  • Manage customer expectations and demonstrate HR expertise in a calm, objective, and supportive manner.
  • Be the point of contact representing the people programs, such as performance acceleration, goal setting, compensation, employee engagement, and supporting talent acquisition activities.
Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally with a focus in high tech.
  • Post-secondary education (in HR or Business) an asset, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce, or other HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge of other HR functional areas and practices including but not limited to employee relations/applicable laws and regulations, compensation, performance, health and safety, and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge/experience supporting teams in multiple countries (India/APAC).
  • Ability to partner effectively with leaders and employees, demonstrating strong communication skills verbally and written.

eSentire offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
