Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic HR Manager to join our team at TekPillar in Surat. This mid-level, full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting the company's HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Salary: ₹35 lakhs - ₹45 lakhs per annum (estimated)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement effective HR policies that align with company goals and meet legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Foster positive employee relations and address any conflicts or grievances in a professional manner.
  • Performance Management and Training: Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions, to drive employee growth. Design and facilitate training programs that support employee development and organizational capabilities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations, mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to HR activities and employee performance.
