We are seeking a talented Sales Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate, you will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for New Clients: Identify potential new clients and turn this into increased business through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Promote Company Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients, addressing or predicting their objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and retain existing client relationships, continuously seeking opportunities to increase the client base.
- Arrange Business Meetings: Facilitate meetings with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities and collaborations.
- Business Proposal Writing & Negotiation: Develop and present comprehensive business proposals, negotiating with stakeholders to secure deals.
- Sales Contract Preparation: Ensure adherence to established rules and guidelines when preparing sales contracts.
- Sales Records & Revenue Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc., to monitor business performance.
- Trustworthy Feedback & After-Sales Support: Provide timely and reliable feedback to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research & Development Strategy: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, informing the development of a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales (SAAS Sales Preferred): Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SAAS sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: A degree in business or a related field is required.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation & Self-Motivation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and self-motivate, with a strong work ethic and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Design & Implementation of Business Development Strategy: Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies that drive growth and revenue.
- Availability & Work-Life Balance: Availability to support the business 6 days a week, with flexibility to accommodate work-life balance requirements.
Salary Estimate: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
