Leadership Opportunity: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager. This position requires a unique blend of sales acumen, customer service skills, and operational expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned coworking space and achieve monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats.
  • Expand existing business networks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain precise records and tracking systems for CRM hygiene.
  • Liaise with operations teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, industry trends, and market launches.
  • Promote excellent after-sales support to retain existing customers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in corporate sales, preferably in a hospitality background.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication and convincing skills, with preferred experience in commercial real estate.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
