About the Role:
We're seeking skilled and energetic professionals to join our team as Voice Process Associates. As a key member of our US-based client support team, you'll provide exceptional service to clients through inbound and outbound customer calls.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer calls from US clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and quality standards to meet performance metrics and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field.
- 2–4 years of experience in US voice processes/customer support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software.
- Ability to work night shifts and meet performance targets.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience supporting North American clients with a US accent.
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
