We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to work independently with our clients in Ontario, Canada. The majority of our clients are top realtors in the region. As a Senior Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist them with their order queries, resolve any issues, and provide unparalleled service support. Regardless of the communication channel (phone, email, or chat), if your approach reflects professionalism and empathy, you would be a great fit for this role.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Superb business communication skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support.
  • A reliable laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and quiet workspace with high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in office tools and software like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., and a willingness to learn new tools as required.

This is a full-time position that involves working from home. The working hours are Monday to Friday between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am, with weekend availability and US shift timings.
