Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position involves ensuring a positive experience for our customers from initial contact to final resolution.

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders on our e-commerce platform, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
  • Logistics Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working with them to resolve delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in written and spoken English
