We are seeking an experienced Global Distribution Manager to join our team at Systematix Group. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the back-office operations of distribution products, including mutual funds, IPOs, and fixed deposits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Updating NAV mutual funds back office on a daily basis
  • Reconciling mutual funds/IPOs/FD commissions
  • Handling secondary market bond deals/NCDS/MLDs
  • Coordinating with BRLMs for sub-syndication of IPOs and FPOs, bonds
  • Coordinating with asset management companies for empanelment
  • Advising clients on investments in mutual funds, IPOs/FPOs, and fixed deposits, various bonds
  • Coordinating with branches, franchises, sub-brokers, and clients for queries related to mutual funds, IPOs/FPOs, bonds, and fixed deposits

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualifications like MBA in Finance or Master's in Financial Markets are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder coordination

**Estimated Salary:** ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum
