Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Operational Risk Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. He or she will be responsible for leading independent projects across various operational risk management areas, including internal control assessments, developing standard operating procedures, and managing third-party risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage independent projects to identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Develop and implement effective standard operating procedures and policies
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a risk framework that aligns with industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on operational risk management best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of operational risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Extensive experience in leading independent projects and managing teams

Others:

This is a full-time position with a probationary period of 6 months. The compensation package will be discussed during the selection process. Leave entitlements include 22 working days per year, plus national holidays and sick leave. Additional leaves for maternity and paternity, bereavement, and studies will be provided based on the city and country of engagement. Medical insurance and other employment benefits will be discussed during the compensation discussion.
