Job Title: Senior Manager – Governance, Risk and Compliance

The role involves facilitating the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs within an organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  2. Staying updated on regulatory changes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  3. Developing and implementing effective risk management processes to mitigate operational and technology risks.
  4. Engaging with stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and responsibility.
  5. Providing oversight and guidance to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with business objectives.

This profile requires a comprehensive understanding of risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing risk management processes, identifying and mitigating operational and technology risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, profiling business units and operational activities, and aggregating risk to provide a unified view of risk. They will also participate in the design of registers/templates and workflows in the GRC tool, with a primary objective to provide a unified view of risk at the entity level.
