Key Position in Proposal Management

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Proposal Specialist. This position will be part of our Sales Enablement team and will involve managing proposals for various business clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bid management and proposal development, as well as excellent communication skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage high-quality RFP responses for key clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop effective proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of proposals.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and best practices in proposal development.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members on proposal development and writing.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or other relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in bid management and proposal development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools.
