The Proposal Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and delivering high-quality business proposals that align with our offerings. This position requires an individual who can effectively understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customized solutions and offerings that meet client expectations.
  • Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for hackathons, innovation programs, and talent engagement initiatives.
  • Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.
  • Maintain a proposal content library to ensure faster turnaround times and consistency across submissions.
  • Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements to enhance proposal quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management.
  • Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint, and familiarity with proposal tools is beneficial.
