Job Summary:

A key role in our organization is available for a highly skilled Tender Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tendering and proposals, with excellent coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams.

  • This position involves the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in accordance with client and sector requirements.
  • The successful candidate will review tender documents, identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaboration with technical, legal, finance, and business development teams, as well as tender experts, is essential to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • High-quality technical and commercial proposals must be drafted and structured, tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  • Maintenance of a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents is crucial.
  • Tracking and monitoring relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations are also key responsibilities.
  • Timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners are vital aspects of this role.
  • Supporting management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering is an additional responsibility.
