About Us

We are a leading organization in education and skilling, with a strong presence across the country. Over the past two decades, we have impacted the lives of young people from underserved communities between the ages of 12 to 25 years.

Our Programmes

We have two distinct programmes: the Adolescent Programme and the Livelihood Programme. The Adolescent Programme empowers adolescents (12-18 years) with life skills education and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN). We have established an impressive network of schools and community learning centres, and have partnerships with state governments and other organizations. Our programme reflects a strong focus on gender inclusion, with 52% of participants being girls.

The Livelihood Programme prepares youth (18–25 years) for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills. We have set up livelihood centres, built college partnerships, and established entrepreneurship incubation centres to nurture aspiring entrepreneurs from underserved communities. Our programme highlights a strong emphasis on empowering women through skilling, with 60% of participants being young women.

Our Peri-Urban and Rural Livelihood Programme focuses on empowering women in peri-urban and rural areas. This programme equips women with leadership and business skills, enabling them to establish and sustain enterprises and move towards financial independence.

Through our sustained efforts, we have empowered over 35 lakh adolescents and 5 lakh youth, enabling their transition from childhood to livelihood.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of the Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.
  • Lead a team delivering the Livelihood program at district level and manage all aspects of their performance.
  • Achieve targets at each stage of intervention including mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education.
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of management information systems and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage people and time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills, including good level of professional English.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground-level problems.
Pre-Requisites Qualification

Graduation in any stream.

Experience:

At least 5 years' experience in the skill development sector, with 2 years at a leadership role.
