Senior Technical Compliance Specialist

The role involves meticulous planning and execution of certification and compliance activities with respect to various national and international regulations. This includes studying and implementing requirements for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in civil and defense sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop requirement proposals and execution plans, including budgetary and timeline requirements.
- Study and understand tender documents, scheme documents, compliance standards, and drone rules to generate test requirements proposals.
- Ensure correct Type Certification documentation, tests executions, TC audits, and cooperation with Certification Bodies for expeditious releases of products.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as CB/ATE, DGCA, and QCI to ensure understanding of product environment and compliances.
- Effective communication and collaboration with CB, DGCA, QCI, CEMILAC, DFI, BIS, and other organizations.
- Timely study of regulatory drafts and feedbacks in the interest of organization, as well as analysis of international regulations and preparation of presentations and compliance roadmaps.
- B Tech/M Tech in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliances, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAS industry.
- Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National/International.
- Proven experience with product testing, process analysis, and certification activities.
