Job Title: Technical Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical content specialist to create and maintain high-quality documentation for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, preferably with experience in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of DITA/Oxygen tools and a proven track record of developing accurate and user-friendly documentation. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required, and prior experience working with similar clients is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain product documentation in the networking, telecom, or contact center domains.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop accurate documentation.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to ensure it meets current standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably with experience in the networking/telecommunications/contact center domain.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Strong background in DITA/Oxygen tools.
  • Prior experience working with similar clients is highly preferred.
