Job Title: Accounting Professional

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in project-based accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank statement reconciliation.
  • Manage project-wise accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file quarterly submissions and compliance reports.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with project-based accounting and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
