Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling all financial aspects of real estate projects.

Your primary focus will be on managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will also be involved in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.

In addition, you will work closely with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of financial tasks.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare accurate financial statements
  • Ensure tax compliance
  • Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Provide MIS reports and other financial data as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas
  • Commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA - Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university
  • Additional certifications in accounting/finance will be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of GST and TDS compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
