Operations Director Role

The Operations Director will oversee the end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across various teams.

  • Lead the execution of land monetization and development projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project closures
  • Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications
  • Build and lead operational teams and vendor relationships
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed
  • Represent the organization in operational matters
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced professional with 10–15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate, as well as proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
