Sales Manager – Real Estate (High-Rise Projects)
Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong record in high-rise residential projects.
- Mandatory exposure to under-construction projects from launch through possession.
- MBA required, preferably in Sales or Marketing.
- Professional fluency in Hindi and English (written & verbal).
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and mentor a sales team of 7–8 professionals.
- Skilled in channel partner management, negotiations, and client servicing.
- Must be highly professional, result-driven, and knowledgeable about the Jaipur real estate market.
- Daily lead tracking, sales follow-up, and multi-channel reporting is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility of the end-to-end sales cycle for the assigned project.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the project sales team to consistently achieve targets.
- Ensure daily management of leads and sales reporting across all channels (digital, channel partners, direct inquiries).
- Build, strengthen, and expand the channel partner network.
- Conduct client presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Coordinate with Marketing & CRM teams for seamless operations and reporting.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.
- Maintain long-term client relationships ensuring a smooth booking-to-sale deed journey.
