About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for engaging clients professionally and driving meaningful conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound calls to prospects and provide property details
  2. Understand client needs and match them with suitable options
  3. Schedule and coordinate site visits
  4. Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status in CRM
  5. Provide a friendly and helpful experience to every caller
Requirements:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in telesales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
  2. Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
  3. Client-focused, polite, and confident in handling calls
  4. Ability to work in a team and meet targets
  5. Brief computer and CRM knowledge preferred
