Sales Manager – Real Estate (High-Rise Projects)

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience in real estate sales , with a strong record in high-rise residential projects .
  • Mandatory exposure to under-construction projects  from launch through possession.
  • MBA required , preferably in Sales or Marketing.
  • Professional fluency in Hindi and English  (written & verbal).
  • Strong leadership with the ability to manage and mentor a sales team of 7–8 professionals .
  • Skilled in channel partner management, negotiations, and client servicing .
  • Must be highly professional, result-driven, and knowledgeable about the Jaipur real estate market .
  • Daily lead tracking, sales follow-up, and multi-channel reporting is mandatory  for this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility of the end-to-end sales cycle  for the assigned project.
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate the project sales team to consistently achieve targets.
  • Ensure daily management of leads and sales reporting across all channels  (digital, channel partners, direct inquiries).
  • Build, strengthen, and expand the channel partner network .
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Coordinate with Marketing & CRM teams for seamless operations and reporting.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships ensuring a smooth booking-to-sale deed journey.
