About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a successful agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, helping them find their dream properties, and making informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients in navigating the real estate market, identifying their needs, and finding suitable properties.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on property purchases, sales, and rentals, ensuring that clients make informed decisions.
  • Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Negotiating sales and rental agreements with clients and other parties involved.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Extensive knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices in Oman.
  • Sales skills and experience in closing deals, along with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms is a plus, as well as previous experience in real estate and a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
