Project Manager Job Description

The Project Manager role is a highly sought-after position in the real estate development industry. We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the full lifecycle of projects from feasibility to delivery.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires exceptional project management skills, business acumen, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management: Manage end-to-end development activities, prepare detailed project plans, and lead internal teams and external consultants.
  • Design Development: Coordinate with architects and consultants to manage design development, obtain regulatory approvals, and permits.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop project budgets, monitor actual expenditures vs. forecast, and evaluate construction cost estimates.
  • Construction Oversight: Liaise with construction teams to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Risk Management & Reporting: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare regular progress reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification: PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Education: Master's degree in Real Estate Development, MBA, or Construction Management.
  • Skills: Experience with financial modeling, development feasibility studies, and investor reporting.
