Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist

- This role involves hiring entry-level staff, including housekeeping personnel, security guards, and retail associates.
- The recruitment specialist will coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and fulfill them within given timeframes.
- They will analyze candidate profiles and shortlist suitable candidates based on company needs.
- The specialist will develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
- They will ensure all joining formalities, documentation, and other related tasks are completed efficiently.
- The recruitment specialist will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding processes and effective communication.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is required.
- Experience in blue-collar hirings or similar industries (facility management companies preferred) is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is an asset.
