Job Title: Relationship Builder
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
About the Role:
In this position, you will serve as a single point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email or chat.
You will be responsible for proactively building rapport with customers, identifying their needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your goal will be to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, while maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers.
- Identify customers' needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, customer service representative, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
