Job Title: Technical Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our technical evaluation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the vendors involved in the technical evaluation process, conducting property audits to analyze collateral risk, and monitoring market feasibility of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough industry research to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

- Design valuation models for asset valuation and perform valuation analysis on a wide range of companies.

- Gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on-site collection of data relating to client assets.

- Inspect various assets, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

- Identify new streams for revenue growth and maintain relationships with builders to achieve repeat business.

- Liaise with valuation agencies, real estate developers, and local government bodies for market analysis and market updations.

- Build and strengthen relationships with key builders/developers and get project approvals on technical aspects.

- Organize and maintain project databases and provide periodic reports to management on activities and trends.

- Segment markets based on property types and identify properties with high risks or in negative areas.

- Guide and develop 'technical policy' and monitor the portfolio/delinquencies related to technical aspects of respective geography.

- Develop checks and processes to control fraud and built database to deduce for multiple funding or excess funding on properties.

- Scrutinize project approvals for the organization, timely monitoring, and ensuring compliance on legal and technical aspects.

- Analyze new upcoming residential projects in the zone and facilitate its fast approval for advanced processing and funding.

- Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk and manage quality real estate portfolios.

- Keep track of the development in the real estate market and its impact upon lending parameters, property valuations, and other financial implications.

- Monitor market feasibility of projects for industrial, residential, commercial, or institutional projects.

- Manage vendors involved in the technical evaluation process.

- Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis while maintaining TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.

- Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.

- Carry out spot checks on a frequent basis and maintain MIS related to the technical evaluation.

Requirements:

- Graduate: Yes (Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architecture)

- Desired Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in the field
