Job Opportunity:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, Develop, and Deliver: Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.
    • Technical Decision-Making: Drive technical decision-making across the product and platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Integration and Optimization: Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools, enhancing reliability, minimizing hallucinations, and improving developer productivity.
    • Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and mentor fellow engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Expertise in Node.js and MongoDB: 6+ years of expertise in Node.js and MongoDB, with strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
    • Modern Front-End Frameworks: Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
    • Complex System Architectures: Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web apps in production.
    • Software Design Patterns: Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
    • Ai-Assisted Development Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and passion for pushing AI boundaries in the software engineering lifecycle.
    • Technical Architecture and Mentoring: Ability to guide technical architecture, make high-impact decisions, and mentor other engineers.
    • Code Quality, Testing, and Deployment: Experience with code quality, testing, deployment pipelines, and optimizing dev workflows.
