ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Administrator Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Administrator to lead the administration of our ServiceNow platform.

This role requires a strong background in administering multiple modules and integrations, as well as expertise in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs, and more.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
    • Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.
    • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies.

Responsibilities also include integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance, instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes, stakeholder engagement with HR, IT, and Facilities teams, compliance and governance tasks such as audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administering ServiceNow platforms, including multiple modules and integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of technical skills such as Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and UI policies.
