Enterprise IAM Strategist

This is a high-visibility role that combines technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision to shape enterprise security architecture.

  • Drive IAM strategy, implementation, and integration across large-scale enterprise environments for critical financial services infrastructure.
  • Provide visionary guidance to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Mentor and guide technical teams to build world-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.

The ideal candidate will bring minimum 15+ years of total experience in Identity & Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Architecture, with the ability to lead transformational IAM programs. They must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and technical audiences. Thought leadership through published work, conference participation, or recognized expertise in IAM/cybersecurity domains is preferred.
