As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions. Your key responsibilities will include answering and addressing incoming/outgoing calls promptly and professionally, prioritizing calls based on urgency and importance, redirecting calls to the relevant team members as needed, delivering outstanding customer service through phone interactions, following up with clients and customers via phone when required, and offering insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience team.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail, and their own laptop and stable internet connection.
