Job responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to customers in Visa processing.
- Own the entire customer journey from sharing document checklist, document runthrough, filling relevant forms and submitting the documents.
- Complete the documentation and help in physically visiting the center to submit the documents of HNI customers.
- Coordinate with multiple departments internally to ensure quick resolution for any queries which a customer may have related to Visa processing.
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal). Ability to speak regional languages such as Hindi, Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Stay up to date with all visa checklists for various countries. Ensure that they have been updated in our portals.

Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years hands on experience in Visa processing, vetting and documentation.
- Graduate. Diploma / Degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage
- An understanding of business visas is an added advantage.
- Relationships with embassy officials is an added advantage.
- No stone is left unturned in helping customers receiving their visas
