Key Qualifications and Skills
- Sales Leadership Experience: 7 to 10 years of senior sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team, with a focus on driving sales performance and exceeding sales targets.
- Sales Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques, including market analysis and identifying market trends.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets, and manage and lead the sales team to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, and conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer service.
- Team Coaching: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance, and stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
