At Delhivery, we are seeking an accomplished leader to drive sales growth and expansion across various regions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills to spearhead our sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and foster strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with our business objectives.

2. Talent Management: Lead high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.

3. Customer Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business success.

4. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and building strong relationships.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a start-up or dynamic organization.

Hands-on knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹120 lakhs - ₹180 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and incentives.
