Sales Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with 4 to 8 years of proven experience in travel technology, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the travel tech space.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations tailored to client needs in travel SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.

Drive enterprise sales across SMEs and institutional clients in your region.

Build long-term strategic partnerships with large travel agencies and channel partners.

Own GMV targets, pipeline growth, and market share expansion.

Sell the entire hypermarket: APIs, white-labels, SaaS platforms, and managed travel.

Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless client activation.
