Lead Sales Strategist Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Lead Sales Strategist, you will oversee and mentor a high-performing team focused on driving sales growth across the EMEA region. Your primary objective is to develop and implement innovative sales outreach programs that generate qualified leads for our SaaS pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales development roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record managing sales teams in a SaaS environment with a strong focus on the EMEA region.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead generation best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
