Job Title: Brand Growth Director

About this role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced brand growth director to lead our brand's growth strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

The brand growth director will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's growth strategy, including identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the brand's growth strategy, including identifying new opportunities and analyzing market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business results, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform the brand's growth strategy.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and customer service.
Requirements
  • MBA or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 7-8 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years' experience working with a lifestyle brand/category.
  • Proven record of translating consumer and customer insight into effective growth drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to draw out insights from data.
  • Possess a high level of commercial acumen and have the ability to manage performance.
