We build IPs, partner with fintech companies, and B2B enterprises, and work across geographies — from India to global markets. Whether it's a founder-led D2C launch or a performance-led campaign for a scaling startup, IP series, AI Videos, our content makes the internet stop scrolling and start converting.
As the Brand & Creative Director at Munchable.tv, you'll be at the helm of our creative engine—guiding everything from IPs and branded video campaigns to the very tone, look, and feel of the agency itself. You'll lead creative ideation, narrative development, and execution across formats, platforms, and industries.
Success in this role means:
- Building a bold and distinct creative identity for Munchable and its clients
- Launching original IPs and branded content series that drive both attention and action
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of writers, editors, directors, and designers
- Balancing storytelling with performance to meet both creative and business goals
This is a senior leadership role that works closely with the founders, marketing, and production teams to shape what creativity means in a fast-scaling media-tech company.
Compensation: ₹35–50 LPA
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development: Own the full creative process from concept to execution for both internal and client campaigns
- Ideate & launch IPs: Conceptualize original content series (short-form & long-form) that build brand equity and drive engagement
- Shape brand narratives: Build and maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity for Munchable and its clients across platforms
- Direct cross-platform storytelling: Oversee branded content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging formats
- Mentor creative teams: Guide and collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Collaborate with strategy & performance teams: Ensure creative outputs align with funnel objectives and platform best practices
- Oversee quality control: Set and maintain high standards for storytelling, aesthetics, and brand relevance across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in creative leadership roles within advertising, digital media, content production, or creative strategy
- Proven experience leading campaigns or IPs for brands across B2C or B2B sectors (bonus if in fintech, D2C, or tech)
- A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, campaign work, and platform-specific creativity
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams across formats and disciplines
- Deep understanding of digital-first content formats, especially for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Bonus: Experience working with AI-led content tools, performance creatives, or creator-led content
