Job Title: Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Visual Designer to create smart and compelling visual ideas across various channels.

  • This role requires a collaborative team player who can understand marketing/business problems and find creative ways of solving them.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing fresh creatives from ground up and adapting them in various sizes as needed.
  • As a mentor, you will provide design and strategic guidance to external design teams/design agencies.
  • You will ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to and everything that goes out is on-brand.
  • This role offers the opportunity to define the brand voice of a leading brand.
Required Skills:
  • 4-6 years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency or with a brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills.
  • The right balance of creativity and technical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
