About the Role

The Creative Director will act as the agency lead, shaping and delivering bold, distinctive brand concepts for both client projects and internal brands. This role demands a visionary creative leader capable of developing campaigns that inspire, engage, and position brands to stand out in the highly competitive aged care, NDIS, and healthcare markets.

This is a senior leadership position overseeing the creative team — including graphic designers, web developers, content specialists, and a Shopify specialist — and working closely with account management to translate client briefs into compelling, market-leading concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative strategy and brand direction from concept to execution for client and internal projects
- Develop and pitch high-impact brand concepts that differentiate in competitive markets
- Oversee production of creative assets across digital, print, and experiential channels
- Direct and inspire the creative team, ensuring innovation, high standards, and sector relevance
- Collaborate with account management to ensure briefs are fully understood and creatively interpreted
- Guide designers, developers, and content creators to maintain creative vision and brand consistency
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor positioning to ensure fresh, relevant concepts
- Represent the agency in client presentations and pitches
- Ensure workflows and delivery processes support creative excellence

Ideal Candidate

- 7+ years in senior creative leadership (Creative Director, Head of Brand, Senior Art Director)
- Proven track record in brand concept development and execution in competitive markets
- Portfolio of standout work in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, or related sectors (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary creative teams
- Ability to balance visionary thinking with practical delivery
- Excellent client-facing presentation and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
