About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Leader to join our team in India.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12-15 years of experience in sales execution, tendering, and sales & marketing activities, with a strong understanding of Indian Railways' procurement processes and negotiation skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
You will also oversee payment collection, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Indian Railways market
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure timely submission of bids and secure payments against orders executed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales and marketing plans
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales execution, tendering, and sales & marketing activities
- Domain knowledge of Indian Railways and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Indian Railways' procurement processes and negotiation skills
