Job Overview

As a Strategic Sales Leader at SNAPFIND, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams. With a strong background in the mortgage industry, you will develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while mentoring and empowering your team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home loans and LAP (Loan Against Property) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for seamless stakeholder interactions and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales through channel partners, advisors, and the open market
  • Seamlessly coordinate with banks and NBFCs for efficient loan processing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in home loans and LAP
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and motivation skills to lead and inspire a large and diverse sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools
