Sales Operations Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Operations Director to join our dynamic team and drive growth and efficiency across the EMEA region. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in optimizing sales performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

You will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales operations team, partnering with sales leaders to size the sales force, and ensuring optimal deployment of sales personnel. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance with sales leaders, HR, and finance to validate the compensation plan and forecast sales expenses.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and implement advanced sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and reliable sales predictions.
  • - Manage the regional pipeline and establish best practices for sales hygiene.
  • - Provide strategic advice to the sales leader on targeted growth, operational efficiency, and capital strategy initiatives.
