Job Description:

The Pricing Deal Manager role involves evaluating deals for IT services, taking input from multiple teams and translating it into compelling deal commercials. The primary focus is on ensuring alignment with risk protection measures such as Forex, international taxation, and global labor laws.

This position requires preparation of customer pricing presentation sheets, listing key deal commercial terms and conditions, and ensuring proper alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract review, discussion with internal teams, and participation in customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Preparation of deal financials, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and balance sheet management aligned with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Deal termination schedule creation and management.
  • Accounting treatment identification and alignment with industry standards (GAAP and IFRS) for cost items in the deal financials.
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussions to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Commercial and contracting risks identification, highlighting them to leadership, and suggesting or deploying mitigation approaches.
  • Collaboration with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  • Multitasking between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations while delivering high-quality results.
  • Interface and coordination with development teams on system enhancements, focusing on strong internal controls.
